Quick recap

Tom Christie confesses to the crime and Claire walks free. Brianna gives birth to Amanda, who has a heart condition, and Roger's family returns to the 20th century to treat her. With their home gone, Jamie, Claire and Ian set out for Scotland, but the war holds them back: Jamie fights at Ticonderoga and Saratoga on the American side. In Philadelphia, Jamie's ship is reported lost, and Lord John marries Claire to save her from the gallows. Jamie turns up alive, and William finds out he's Jamie's son. In 1980, Rob Cameron takes Jemmy through the stones, and Roger and Buck end up in 1739. Claire is shot at Monmouth and nearly dies. In the end, Brianna and the kids cross over to Roger, and Fanny's song hints that Faith may have survived.
