Quick recap

In 1968, Claire returns to Scotland with her daughter, Brianna, and asks historian Roger Wakefield to find out what became of the men of Lallybroch. Then she tells her story. In Paris, she and Jamie try to sabotage Charles Stuart's rising from the inside, between the court of Louis XV and a charity hospital. A duel with Black Jack Randall comes at a cost, and Claire loses their daughter, Faith. Back in Scotland, the rising happens anyway and heads toward Culloden. On the eve of the battle, Jamie sends a pregnant Claire back through the stones. In 1968, Geillis goes through Craigh na Dun, Brianna refuses to believe her mother, and Roger finds out that Jamie survived Culloden.
