Quick recap

A creature built from the protomolecule kills Earth and Martian Marines on Ganymede, and the war between the two planets flares up again. Martian Marine Bobbie Draper is the only survivor. Botanist Prax Meng searches for his daughter, Mei, who was taken before the attack, and Holden agrees to help. On Earth, Chrisjen Avasarala hires Bobbie and learns that Mao and a rogue UN faction tied to Errinwright and Admiral Nguyen are turning children into weapons. The two seize Mao's yacht and expose the plot. At Io, Holden kills Nguyen before his missiles reach Mars, and Amos and Prax rescue Mei.
