Quick recap

The Venus structure has become a Ring beyond Uranus, and ships from Earth, Mars and the Belt go to study it. Clarissa Mao, under the fake name Melba, sabotages the Rocinante to frame Holden and avenge her family. Inside the Ring, the alien station caps the ships' speed and kills anyone who goes too fast. On the Behemoth, Bull and Michio Pa take command from Ashford, who later tries to destroy the station with a laser. Holden learns the station responds to threats and convinces everyone to power down their reactors. The station calms down and opens more than a thousand gates, and Clarissa goes on trial on Luna.
