Quick recap

Simon goes missing, taken by goblins. To see the creatures nobody else can, Jared uses a seeing stone that grants the Sight to anyone who looks through its hole. With Mallory, he heads into the woods after his brother, faces the goblins and frees their prisoners, with help from the hobgoblin Hogsqueal, who has his own reasons. Simon makes it home safe. But the win has a cost: because Jared took the stone, Thimbletack turns back into a boggart, and the peace in the house is over. The book ends with the siblings knowing the danger is closer than they thought.
