The Wheel of Time

Moiraine, an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah, arrives in Emond's Field with her Warder, Lan. She believes one of five young villagers is the Dragon Reborn, the reincarnation of the man who broke the world. The night the Trollocs attack, she takes Rand, Egwene, Perrin and Mat away, and Nynaeve follows. The group splits up at Shadar Logoth and only reunites in Tar Valon. They reach Fal Dara. Moiraine learns Rand is the Dragon and takes him to the Eye of the World. There Rand defeats Ishamael, but Moiraine is cut off from the Source. Rand asks her to tell the others he died and walks away. In the end, a foreign fleet lands in the west.
