Quick recap

Three months after the attack, the Free Navy controls the Belt and keeps throwing rocks at Earth. Marco strips Ceres and abandons it, and Michio Pa breaks with him to hand out supplies to the colonies. Fred Johnson dies of a stroke during an escape burn. Holden talks Earth, Mars and the OPA into a combined fleet, and Bobbie destroys Medina's rail guns. Naomi figures out that ships vanish when too much mass crosses a gate at once, and the coalition uses that to make Marco and his fleet disappear. Filip breaks with his father. Michio Pa takes over the new transport union, and the gates reopen.
