Quick recap

Twenty-eight years later, the Rocinante crew is older and working for the transport union. Winston Duarte's fleet, lost in Laconia for decades, comes back through the gates with protomolecule-built technology. The warship Tempest seizes Medina Station and then the Solar System. The crew joins the resistance. Holden sets off the station's alarms to cover the theft of Laconian codes and gets captured. Clarissa dies in the final assault after firing her implants one last time. Duarte plans to use the protomolecule on himself to become immortal and rule humanity. Holden is taken to Laconia, and the resistance carries on without him.

  2. ReferenceNever made it to screen

The show stopped at the sixth book, so this one was never adapted. The bridge between the two is the novella Strange Dogs.
