G.I. Joe: The M.A.S.S. Device

Cobra wants the M.A.S.S. Device, a matter transporter that needs three rare elements to run. The Joes and Cobra race around the world for them: radioactive crystals, heavy water and a meteorite inside a volcano. Duke is captured and mind-controlled in the Arena of Sport, and Snake Eyes nearly dies in a blizzard before Timber the wolf and a blind hermit save him. The Joes get all three elements, but Duke can't remember where Cobra Mountain is. His ring, which was a homing device, leads the team there. Destro aims the machine at the Earth's core, and Cobra Commander himself begs the Joes for help. The device is destroyed, Cobra Commander is arrested and Destro gets away.
