Quick recap

Cobra steals a laser core, and Destro uses it to build the Weather Dominator, a machine that controls the weather. Duke and Snake Eyes are captured and forced to fight each other in the Arena of Sport. The Joes defend Washington and manage to split the machine into three pieces, which scatter around the globe and throw the weather into chaos. The hunt begins: an Aztec temple, an earthquake, the roof of the world, where Storm Shadow spares Spirit. Zartan finds the last fragment and auctions it off. At an amusement park, Cobra gathers the pieces, but the Joes rescue their friends, arrest Cobra Commander and undo the damage. Destro and Zartan escape by hang glider.
