Quick recap

After Daniel's book, Lestat releases his first rock album in 2025 and hits the road, with Daniel filming a documentary that sells it all as an act. The season is narrated by a recorded testimony played at an auction of Lestat's belongings after a global catastrophe. In flashbacks, Lestat grows up mistreated in 18th-century Auvergne, with his mother, Gabriella, as his only ally. Once turned, he makes her his first fledgling. In the present, a coven ambushes him, the band learns he's a real vampire, he reunites with Gabriella, and Louis shows up at a show in Toledo. Akasha appears in a flashback. The big final concert never happens: at the end, Armand's followers behead Lestat and Louis for breaking the vampire laws.
