Quick recap

In 1976, during a séance at the Amityville house, Lorraine sees a demonic nun and a vision of Ed dead. She wants out. In 1977, in Enfield, London, 11-year-old Janet Hodgson starts speaking in the voice of Bill Wilkins, an old man who died in the house. The Church sends the Warrens to check it out. A video seems to show Janet faked some of it, and the couple nearly leaves. On the train, Lorraine realizes Bill is being used by a demon, the nun, and that knowing its name gives power over it. Ed goes back and saves Janet. Lorraine speaks the demon's name, Valak, and sends it back to hell. The Warrens go home together.
