Quick recap

Months later, Juliette is mayor of Silo 18, but she can't remember what she saw outside. Camille Sims, the new head of IT, keeps her on pills that wipe her memory. An anonymous note gets her to quit them. Deep in the Silo she finds Bernard alive and badly scarred, and relics from the past, like George's watch, bring her memories back. Lukas and Patrick Kennedy head to Silo 17 to find the Safeguard pipe. Bernard turns himself in to distract the Algorithm and dies. In the past, Congressman Daniel Keene and journalist Helen Drew learn what the silos are for. In the end, the Algorithm's voice has a face: Victor, in Silo 1.
