Quick recap

In Silo 18, thousands of people live in a 144-level shelter underground. No one knows why, and asking is dangerous. Anyone who asks to leave is sent out to clean the cameras and dies outside. Sheriff Holston follows his wife, Allison, out and names Juliette Nichols, an engineer from Mechanical, as his replacement. She takes the job to look into the death of George, her boyfriend. Mayor Jahns and Deputy Marnes are killed. With help from Lukas Kyle, Juliette finds George's hard drive and learns that Bernard Holland, head of IT, is the one running the Silo. Sent out to clean, she doesn't: she walks over the hill and sees other silos on the horizon.
