Quick recap

On the night she turns 18, Clary Fray sees Shadowhunters fighting demons at the Pandemonium club. Her mother, Jocelyn, tries to tell her the truth but is taken by Valentine's men. Clary steps into Jace, Alec and Isabelle's world and goes after the Mortal Cup, while her friend Simon ends up at the vampires' hotel. She finds out Valentine is her father, and he claims Jace is his son too. At his wedding to Lydia, Alec leaves her at the altar and kisses Magnus Bane. In the finale, Hodge gives the Cup to Valentine, Jace ends up with his father, and the group wakes Jocelyn with a spell.
