Quick recap

Half a year later, Red and Blue return to Pallet Town and are attacked by a mysterious shadow, later revealed as Deoxys. Green is about to reunite with her parents when a black hole swallows them, and she falls off a boat. The three head to the Sevii Islands to train for the fight ahead. Team Rocket kidnaps Professor Oak, and the Three Beasts, Sird, Carr and Orm, wreak havoc across the islands. Giovanni captures Deoxys, and Mewtwo joins Red against both of them aboard the Rocket airship. Lorelei helps the heroes, and Silver, searching for his roots, learns that Giovanni is his father. In the end, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow and Silver are turned to stone.

  3. Behind the scenesOverlapping runs

It ran in magazines from February 2004 to March 2007, but the Emerald arc started in February 2005, so the two ran at the same time.
