Quick recap

A few months later, Emerald, a short boy who throws Poké Balls with mechanical hands, is sent by Oak and Crystal to Hoenn's Battle Frontier on a mission: catch Jirachi within seven days. He crashes the opening ceremony, and the Frontier Brains dare him to clear all seven facilities in the same window. A mysterious Guile Hideout is after Jirachi too, and manages to catch it. The Pokédex holders petrified in the previous arc turn out to be hidden at the Frontier itself. Guile is revealed as Archie, and his wish summons a Kyogre-like creature. Jirachi frees the petrified holders, and ten Pokédex holders destroy the monster. Emerald reaches his goals, Jirachi goes back to sleep, and Oak and Crystal call Professor Rowan.
