Quick recap

In Boston, Reacher sees Francis Xavier Quinn, whom he thought dead, the man responsible for the deaths of two of his colleagues ten years earlier. Reacher teams up with DEA agent Susan Duffy, who is investigating Zachary Beck, a rug importer suspected of smuggling. They stage the kidnapping of Beck's son, Richard, so Reacher can rescue him and win the family's trust. Posing as a bodyguard, he eliminates henchmen and hides his identity. When the DEA wants to pull out, Reacher stays: his target is Quinn. In the end he finds him and rescues the hostages.
