Quick recap

Domineering Emily Boynton blackmails the family lawyer into destroying a will that would free her stepchildren. Then she takes them all on a trip through Trieste, where Poirot runs into his friend Dr. Sarah King, ending in Jerusalem and Qumran. At an archaeological dig, Emily is found dead. Poirot works out it was a lethal dose of digitalis given by someone outside the family. A boy who saw the murder is killed before he can talk. At the closing banquet, Poirot names Lady Westholme: Emily recognized her from her days as a prison warden. Exposed, Lady Westholme kills herself during the fireworks, and Poirot persuades the authorities to call it an accident.
