Quick recap

Michael Webster is fed up with his little sister Tara, who makes trouble and lets him take the blame. When his dad buys a mysterious antique cuckoo clock, Michael twists the bird's head backward to frame Tara, and his time starts running in reverse. He relives his own past, from his twelfth birthday back to babyhood. As a baby, he crawls to the clock in the antique shop, turns the bird forward, and sets the year to 1995, but he knocks a year off the dial: the year Tara was born. Michael wakes on his twelfth birthday and his sister simply doesn't exist. He vows to try to bring her back, unsure he can.
