Quick recap

Evan gets stuck babysitting his cousin Kermit, a little genius who pranks him with experiments and always blames him. Fed up, Evan and his friend Andy slip some of her Monster Blood into one of Kermit's mixtures. It explodes, and a piece lands in Evan's mouth. He grows into a giant. At first he enjoys it: he gets back at the bully Conan and plays baseball with the kids. Then firefighters and police show up, and he hides. Kermit tries a shrinking formula: the first batch turns Evan blue, the second covers him in feathers, the third works. That night, Evan realizes it worked too well. He is tiny, and his dog Trigger carries him in his mouth to his parents.
