Quick recap

The Baudelaires are sent to Prufrock Preparatory School, whose motto is "Memento Mori," remember you will die. They sleep in a crab-infested shack, Sunny becomes Vice Principal Nero's secretary, and everyone has to attend his violin concerts. The orphans befriend Duncan and Isadora Quagmire, twins who lost their parents and their brother Quigley in a fire. Olaf shows up disguised as the gym teacher, Coach Genghis, and makes the Baudelaires run all night. The Quagmires take their place but get caught. Nero expels the Baudelaires, who pull off Genghis's turban and sneakers. Olaf escapes with the twins. Duncan only manages to shout "V.F.D."
