Zootopia 2

A week after becoming partners, Judy and Nick clash, and Bogo threatens to separate them. Judy finds a piece of snake skin, although there have been no snakes in the city for a century. At the Lynxley family gala, a pit viper, Gary De'Snake, steals a journal about Zootopia's climate walls. Judy and Nick become fugitives and head to Marsh Market, where reptiles live. They learn that Zootopia's true founder was Gary's great-grandmother, Agnes, and that the Lynxleys stole her patent. With Gary and Nibbles, they prove it all. The Lynxleys are arrested, the reptiles return to the city, and Judy and Nick repair the carrot pen.

1. CameoFinnick, voiced by Tiny Lister

   Tommy Lister Jr. died in 2020. To bring Finnick back, Disney used unused recordings from the first film after asking his family. The film is dedicated to his memory.

2. ChangeThe Silence of the Lambs scene was trimmed

   A scene referencing The Silence of the Lambs ran four minutes and was taken verbatim from that film. It was cut down because kids would not get it and it slowed the pacing.

3. SetupPaul's password and the birds

   Paul's password, in one scene, reads: Part 3 is for real and birds are too. The post-credits scene also points to a story about birds. Disney confirmed Zootopia 3 in development at D23 on August 15, 2026, with no date.
