Quick recap

In 1943, dollmaker Samuel Mullins and his wife, Esther, lose their daughter Bee in an accident. Twelve years later, they open their home to Sister Charlotte and six orphan girls. Janice, who had polio, enters Bee's forbidden room and frees what's bound to a doll. The Mullinses confess: they prayed to see their daughter again and something answered, but it was a demon after a soul. It possesses Janice, kills Samuel and Esther and goes after Janice's friend Linda. Charlotte locks the doll in a closet. Janice runs away, the Higgins family adopts her and she becomes Annabelle. Twelve years later, she and her boyfriend attack her adoptive parents.
