Quick recap

John is close to death. Amanda abducts Dr. Lynn Denlon and locks a shotgun collar on her that's wired to his heart: if John dies, so does she. Meanwhile Jeff, a father whose son was killed by a drunk driver, faces tests involving the people he blames. Amanda has been building traps with no way out, breaking John's rules, and she comes apart. She shoots Lynn, Jeff kills Amanda, and John reveals the whole thing was Amanda's test. Lynn is Jeff's wife. Jeff kills John with a saw. A final tape says their daughter is trapped somewhere, and the door slams.
