Quick recap

John's autopsy turns up a tape in his stomach: the games aren't over. SWAT officer Rigg gets 90 minutes to save Eric Matthews and Detective Hoffman, facing tests aimed at his need to save everyone. FBI agents Strahm and Perez question Jill Tuck, John's ex-wife, and his past comes out: her clinic, the son they lost, the cancer. Rigg gets there too late, and his rush gets Eric killed. Hoffman stands up from his chair. He works for Jigsaw. Strahm finds Jeff and kills him, then realizes all of it ran alongside Saw III. Hoffman locks him in John's sickroom.
