Quick recap

Alice wakes in the ruined White House after Wesker's betrayal. The Red Queen asks her to return to the Hive: Umbrella holds an airborne antivirus and is waiting for the last humans to die in 48 hours. Alice is captured by Isaacs, escapes and reaches Raccoon City, where she finds survivors and Claire. In the Hive, Wesker is in control, and the Red Queen shows Isaacs's plan to release the virus and leave the rich frozen to rebuild the world. Alice learns she is a clone of Alicia Marcus, the founder's daughter. She kills Isaacs and releases the antivirus, which kills the zombies. The Red Queen gives her Alicia's childhood memories, and Alice vows to carry on.
