Quick recap

In 2006, Claire Redfield works as an aid worker in Penamstan, a fictional Asian country, and sees signs of bioweapons among survivors of a conflict. At the White House, a hack is followed by employees getting infected. Leon S. Kennedy is sent in a submarine with Shen May and Jason, the hero of Penamstan. Rat-like monsters attack, and they escape in a pod. They learn Defense Secretary Wilson used the Mad Dogs squad, infected in Penamstan, as a private force. Claire is captured, and Wilson is breeding supersoldiers. Jason turns into a bioweapon, kills Shen May and infects Wilson. Leon and Claire escape as the lab is destroyed by acid.
