In Mary Geoise, kings from around the world gather for the Levely. In Wano, a closed-off land of samurai, Shogun Orochi rules with Kaido's backing and leaves the people in misery. Luffy loses to Kaido right away and ends up in a prison mine. The allies gather their forces, and the past of Kozuki Oden, Wano's former lord, explains a rebellion twenty years in the making. On the night of the Fire Festival, they storm the island of Onigashima. Law and Kid take down Big Mom, and Luffy awakens his fruit's true power and defeats Kaido. Momonosuke becomes shogun, Jinbe officially joins the crew and Luffy is now called one of the Four Emperors.
