Quick recap

Newly assigned to Homicide Special, Bosch is called to the overlook above Mulholland Dam: physicist Stanley Kent has been executed with two shots to the back of the head. Kent had access to radioactive cesium, and FBI agent Rachel Walling shows up fast. At the victim's house, Bosch finds Kent's wife, Alicia, tied up, and learns Kent was forced to steal the material. The FBI and Homeland Security take over the hunt for the cesium while Bosch works the murder. A missing yoga poster makes Bosch suspect Alicia. She and an FBI agent planned it all for money. The cesium is recovered, but Bosch is left contaminated and at odds with Rachel.
