Quick recap

Haller gets a text with the homicide code and learns that Gloria Dayton, a former escort he once tried to steer out of that life, has been murdered. The accused is Andre La Cosse, a digital pimp who swears he's innocent. Gloria had kept Haller's business card for years, and the guilt hits hard. With Lorna, Cisco and attorney Jennifer Aronson, he digs in and finds a web of corruption involving a cartel-linked dealer and cops who used Gloria as an informant. Haller comes to think his own past choices helped put her in danger. In court, he goes after a jailhouse snitch's credibility. It ends with Haller reckoning with himself, still estranged from his daughter, Hayley.
