Quick recap

Hollywood detective Harry Bosch finds Billy Meadows dead in a pipe near Mulholland Dam. It looks like an overdose, but Bosch knew Meadows from the tunnels of Vietnam and doesn't buy it. The trail leads to a bank heist pulled off underground, and he teams up with FBI agents John Rourke and Eleanor Wish, with whom he gets involved. In the tunnel, Rourke turns out to be the gang's leader and nearly kills Bosch until Eleanor shoots him. Later, Bosch learns she steered the heist to avenge her brother. She agrees to turn herself in and leaves him her print of Edward Hopper's Nighthawks.
