Quick recap

Thomas and the Gladers think they are safe in a shelter run by Mr. Janson. Inside, they learn other boys went through similar mazes. Thomas distrusts the place, investigates and sees that WCKD is still behind everything. The group flees into the Scorch, a desert of ruins, storms and Cranks, people driven mad by the Flare virus. Along the way they meet Brenda and Jorge and hear about the Right Arm, a resistance hiding in the mountains. WCKD hunts them the whole time. Thomas has to decide whom to trust, and what is left of the group reaches the end with no idea what comes next.
