Quick recap

Thomas spends weeks in isolation and, on release, hears from WICKED that most of the Gladers are immune to the Flare. They are offered the chance to remove the chips that control their minds and recover their memories. Thomas, Minho and Newt refuse, distrustful, and flee with help from Brenda and Jorge. In Denver they look for Hans, a former WICKED researcher, while the organization uses Thomas's chip against him. Unexpected allies and old acquaintances turn up, and everyone throws themselves into an operation against WICKED's headquarters. The promise of an end to the Flare carries a cost Thomas has not yet measured.
