Quick recap

In Antarctica, penguin chicks Skipper, Rico and Kowalski save an egg from leopard seals, and out comes Private, whom they adopt as a brother. Ten years later, at the circus, the four are kidnapped by Dave, an octopus who once lived at the New York zoo and lost his star spot to penguins. Disguised as a scientist, Dave plans to turn every penguin on Earth into a monster. The North Wind, a secret animal agency, tries to stop him but distrusts the penguins. Private, on his own, frees everyone and uses his cuteness to undo the serum. Dave ends up trapped in a snow globe.
