Quick recap

Shifu tells Po he must become the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace and pick a new Dragon Warrior. Po doesn't want to give up the title. He arrests Zhen, a fox thief, and soon word comes that Tai Lung is back. Zhen says it's the work of the Chameleon, a shapeshifting sorceress who copies the kung fu of anyone she touches. Po and Zhen travel to Juniper City, followed by both of Po's dads. Zhen betrays Po, and he's captured. The Chameleon uses the Staff of Wisdom to steal the skills of dead masters, including Tai Lung, Shen and Kai. Regretting it, Zhen comes back with the city's thieves, and together they beat the villain. Po picks Zhen as his successor.
