Nightfall

The Neverseen have taken Sophie's human parents. She hides Amy in Atlantis and tries to find Nightfall using the starstone hairpin of the imprisoned Lady Gisela. To get it, Keefe takes on the ogre king in a fight and wins. The first Nightfall is deserted. At the second, Sophie finds her parents caged and fights Vespera, an ancient elf. Biana is badly hurt, and the parents are freed. In Atlantis, Lady Gisela forces an alliance with Vespera, and Ruy breaches the city's dome. Linh holds back the water until help arrives, and the villains escape. Fintan trades the antidote for easier prison conditions. Sophie's parents are cured and their memories of her erased again, but Amy chooses to remember. Finally Alvar wakes and asks, "Who's Alvar?"
