Quick recap

In Chicago, Reacher helps a young woman on crutches with her dry cleaning, and both are snatched at gunpoint, thrown into a car and then a van that drives cross-country. He learns she is Holly Johnson, an FBI agent and daughter of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. While her colleagues search for her, security footage makes Reacher the prime suspect, and his old mentor, General Leon Garber, steps in to defend him. Inside the van, Reacher has to decide when to act without putting Holly at risk.
