Quick recap

In 1963, young Michael Myers kills his teenage sister on Halloween night. Fifteen years later he escapes the psychiatric hospital and heads back to Haddonfield, with his psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis, close behind. On October 31, 1978, Michael starts watching three friends: Laurie, Annie and Lynda. He kills the last two and goes after Laurie, who is babysitting two kids across the street. Laurie fights back with whatever she finds. Loomis arrives in time to fire six shots, but Michael's body is gone. The nightmare isn't over.
