Quick recap

Skipper Matthews is The Masked Mutant comic's biggest fan. One day he spots a pink building that matches the villain's headquarters, but when he goes back, it's gone. With a new acquaintance, Libby, he gets inside, and an elevator takes them to a basement full of comic art, some of it showing Skipper. A new issue shows Skipper rescuing a hero held by the Mutant, so he returns to face him. Libby arrives and dissolves the villain with a toy gun. Then the twist: Libby is the Mutant in disguise, and Skipper has already become a comic character. He wins by declaring a weakness to acid that traps the villain in liquid form. At home, he cuts his hand and bleeds ink.
