Quick recap

The Varden take Belatona and Dras-Leona, but Murtagh and Thorn kidnap Nasuada, and Eragon takes command. On a tip from the werecat Solembum, he flies with Saphira to the island of Vroengard and opens the Vault of Souls: inside are hidden Eldunarí and dragon eggs. In Urû'baen, Galbatorix overpowers the group with the Name of Names, the word that cancels magic. Murtagh alters his true name and turns on the king. Eragon uses the Eldunarí to make Galbatorix feel the suffering he caused, Arya kills Shruikan, and the king destroys himself. Nasuada becomes High Queen, and Arya becomes queen of the elves and Rider of Fírnen. Eragon sails east with the eggs to raise a new generation of Riders.
