Quick recap

Leonora Quine hires Strike to find her husband, Owen, a novelist who has vanished. Before disappearing, Owen turned in Bombyx Mori, a manuscript that cruelly skewers his wife, his agent, his editor and his rival Michael Fancourt. Strike finds Owen dead in an empty house, bound and mutilated just like the book's ending. Police arrest Leonora. Robin wants to become a real investigator, and Matthew hates the idea. Strike proves the killer is Elizabeth Tassel, Owen's agent: she murdered him and wrote the poisonous manuscript herself, to pin the blame on someone else. Leonora goes free.
