Quick recap

In 1791, Georgie Bridgerton, Edmund's younger sister, has her reputation ruined after fortune hunter Freddie Oakes abducts her in London. To save her, Nicholas Rokesby, an earl's fourth son and a medical student in Edinburgh, is called home to marry her. They've known each other forever and treat each other almost like siblings, which makes the engagement pretty awkward. Little by little, the friendship turns into a real courtship, complete with a grumpy cat and little Anthony, Benedict and Colin running around the house. In the end, the marriage of necessity becomes a marriage of love.
