Quick recap

Caroline McKeever, Annie Tarrant's daughter and a Candyman descendant, summons the spirit by accident at a Los Angeles gallery event. He kills the artist and his lover, and the deaths start closing in on Caroline. A psychic tells her the "good" part of Candyman lives in the paintings he made. Candyman kidnaps her friend David, and a gang that stole the paintings is slaughtered. Caroline finds David alive, slashes a Candyman portrait with the hook and sets it on fire, and Candyman burns. Detective Kraft, who was on his side all along, attacks her and is shot dead. At the end, on the Day of the Dead, Caroline has a picnic at her mother's grave.
