Quick recap

Apex, a vampire, and Callum, a wolven, met decades ago, but their bond was cut short when Callum was abducted. Years later, Callum returns to upstate New York, and they cross paths again just as a plot to overthrow the King threatens the Brothers in Caldwell. Two loners try to find their way back to each other while danger builds around them. It's the series' fourth winter story and crosses the Brotherhood with the world of the wolves. The official blurb doesn't reveal the ending, and we leave it out here.
