Quick recap

Lestat, now prince and host to Amel, dreams of a ruined city under the sea. At the same time, the replimoids appear: beings made thousands of years ago by an otherworldly power, able to multiply. They were built to destroy Atlantis and its ruler, and they're looking for Amel. Through Amel's and the replimoids' memories, the book shows what Atlantis was like, how he helped build it and how it sank. The whole tribe comes together to decide what to do about these beings. In the end, the vampires must choose between war and a deal, and the future of Amel and Lestat shifts.
