Quick recap

Washington, D.C., 2007. Crime writer Tess Olsen is murdered, and the killer films his crimes, posts them online and plays a different role each time. Cross dubs him DCAK, because he needs an audience. At the same time, Kyle Craig breaks out of prison and goes on a spree, killing his own mother and the judge who sentenced him. The case runs through two of Cross's patients, Sandy Quinlan and Anthony Demao, while Damon runs away and Cross and Bree Stone figure out where they stand. In the showdown, Sampson and Cross are captured; Bree kills Sandy and Cross stabs DCAK, who survives. The killers were siblings, Aaron and Sarah Dennison. Kyle Craig resurfaces, takes a bullet and escapes. Cross takes Damon to a Massachusetts prep school.
