Quick recap

Washington, D.C., 2008. The home of Ellie Cox, an old friend of Cross, becomes the scene of a massacre, and he senses a new kind of criminal. With Bree Stone, he uncovers a Nigerian crime ring in D.C., run by a warlord called the Tiger and staffed by organized, deadly teenagers. When the Tiger drops out of sight, Cross follows him to Nigeria alone, far from any help. The Tiger brings the war to Cross's family. Damon comes home. The ending in Africa wasn't checked against a reliable source, so it stays out.
