Quick recap

Washington, D.C., 2016. A man is gunned down in Rock Creek Park in what looks like road rage but may be worse. Cross is called to another killing, a personal one: the victim was Bree's longtime mentor and former boss. With a killer loose, a scared city and a leaderless police force, Bree takes charge. As she works two high-profile cases, the violence grows, and their different methods shake the marriage. The man behind it sees himself as the final judge of guilt and has a bigger plan. To stop him, Cross and Bree will have to step outside the law. The ending wasn't checked against a reliable source, so it stays out.
