Quick recap

Washington, D.C., 2010. Cross and Bree are planning their wedding when he's called to a sniper case: two hired guns, Mitch and Denny, are picking off the capital's power players. Working beside Cross is agent Max Siegel, who is really Kyle Craig, after killing Siegel and changing his face. Cross and Sampson track the shooters; Denny kills Mitch and corners Cross, but "Siegel" kills Denny, and the two become friends. Cross and Bree get married. The next day, Craig calls and hints at who he is. Cross chases him down and shoots him in both legs. In the ambulance, Craig grabs a cop's gun and shoots the oxygen tank, killing himself, two paramedics and two officers.
